At Taden Developments we love working with clients that ask for elements that make their space personal.
Homes that tell a story about the client with bespoke additions and requests that make their homes both stylish and functional.
In this reverse living home (the kitchen is upstairs) we full-filled the clients brief of making the City views the standout feature and additionally giving them plenty of kitchen space with a scullery. The upstairs zone also includes a balcony that doubles as a spacious entertainers alfresco. Not to be outdone the downstairs space hosts a second kitchen for those times the clients require a quick no fuss meal.
As our clients were mindful of future proofing their home and making it retirement friendly they added a lift. This not only added to the luxury fit out but also shows how the home can easily adapt to any family that sees through the transitions of life.
Taden constructed the home to the clients budget but with the idea that it would happily settle into the streetscape for years to come and be classically but stylishly adaptable and functional for any future families if the clients felt it was time to move on.
